A Need for Storage

After hearing about Stance Commercial Real Estate through a mutual party at a Chamber of Commerce meeting, Adel reached out to Joe Stance. As the manager of a Lexus car dealership, Adel was in need of extra storage space offsite. Joe helped him find two perfect locations large enough to store thousands of cars.

Meeting Specific Requirements

Cassondra R., the founder of Renewing Hope Family Counseling Center, was ready to expand her organization when she reached out to Joe. Her requirements for a new building came with the challenge of finding a convenient and safe location at a low cost. Originally planning to lease, Joe assisted Cassondra in not only finding the perfect location, but also purchasing the space within budget.

From Lease to Purchase

In 2017 Joe Stance helped Monica find the perfect location for KGEL Steel Inc., a manufacturing and fabrications company she owns alongside her husband. Three years later they were ready to expand again and reached out to Joe for a second time. Joe proposed purchasing a location as opposed to signing a second lease.
