Meet Joe Stance
For over thirty years I’ve made my home in the
city of Riverside. During my eighteen-year career in
the commercial real estate industry, I’ve leased
and sold millions of SF of property in the
Inland Empire. I’ve guided hundreds of
companies and real estate owners through the
leasing, selling and buying process.
Throughout my career, I have maintained a
reputation for stellar ethical standards. I also
achieved the position of Vice President of one
of the world’s largest brokerages.

I am passionate about using my background in education to offer training and knowledge into the commercial real estate industry. At Stance Real Estate, we are invested in Riverside and want the city to thrive.
